If Level 1 gave you the foundations, Level 2 is where your teaching begins to mature and expand.
Here will begin to understand more deeply why Yin Yoga has the power to heal, recalibrate and deeply nurture the body and mind. Here we cultivate an intimate relationship with our incredible fascia and see why this is a fundamental key to holistic wellness.
This training is designed for teachers who want to move beyond sequencing and into the art of holding space.
We'll explore more refined postures and variations, functional anatomy, the energetic principles that underpin Yin Yoga, language and cueing, and how to confidently adapt a practice for the person in front of you rather than the pose in the book.
Expect 3 days of thoughtful discussion, practical teaching, hands-on learning and plenty of time on the mat. As always, this isn't about collecting more poses. It's about refining your understanding, deepening your confidence and developing the kind of presence that students remember long after class has finished.
Whether you're already teaching Yin Yoga or simply want to deepen your own practice, this training will give you the knowledge, confidence and experience to take the next step.

Meet Mark
Mark Pheely is one of Australia’s most loved and respected teachers of Yoga, Philosophy and Consciousness. Mark is known for his clear and direct insights into the nature of mind and living consciously. Using the platforms of Yoga, meditation and philosophy he guides his students to deep states of consciousness and connection. He has taught and led thousands of students through his classes, workshops, retreats, one-on-one mentoring and Yoga Teacher Training.
Rich teachings often come from a lifetime of experiences. Mark has traveled an incredible life journey. From School Teacher, to the highs and lows of highly successful corporate life, then as a health educator and ultimately a respected Yoga teacher and studio owner. Two decades of spiritual searching, reading, learning and traveling, with inspiring teachers from India, Sri Lanka, and Australia. This ultimately led to a two year private and remote sabbatical. Here in relative isolation, Mark put all the practices into deep meditation and embodied experiences. What ensued was clear, simple and direct interconnectivity to the truth of all the teachings. A pathway to an awake, conscious life emerged that Mark now willingly shares effortlessly and with grace with the world.
Mark now lives permanently on the beautiful Kangaroo Island spending a lot of his time in deep reflection and then sharing these teachings with love and grace.
