+ Yoga Foundations Program
As part of your training, we ask you to familiarise yourself with the Yoga Foundations program run by lead teacher Bec. This 6 week program provides a basis of knowledge for the physical practice of yoga. The workbook also outlines the key focus points of the various different Asana’s, their benefits and their effect on our various bodies.
